Aloha Star 100% Kona Coffee Private Reserve Honey Process Medium Roast is a farm-direct specialty coffee grown exclusively on our family estate in Kona, Hawaiʻi. This lot is crafted for coffee lovers who want a smooth, naturally sweet cup, and for specialty buyers looking for a distinctive estate-grown Kona coffee with traceable seed-to-cup production.
This Honey Process coffee is pulped and sun-dried with the coffee mucilage still surrounding the bean, allowing more natural sweetness and fruit complexity to develop during drying. The result is a balanced medium roast with a silky body, bright fruit character, and a clean, elegant finish.
In the cup, expect layered notes of dried cherry, caramel, brown sugar, green grape, dried apple, fruit punch, and a subtle hint of anise. The medium roast profile preserves the natural character of the Honey Process while developing enough sweetness and body for a rich, satisfying daily cup.

Estate Grown Specialty Coffee -> Aloha Star 100% Kona Peaberry coffee - HONEY Process - Medium Roast
Peaberry are a “pea” shaped beans that are very small in size, as a product of a natural mutation of the coffee bean, where only one coffee bean develops within a coffee cherry, instead of the two coffee beans that usually develop within a coffee cherry. The Peaberry is highly demanded because of its great flavor and body. Only about 3%-7% of the whole crop are Peaberry beans.
